Louisville football fans are making it known that they are not pleased with the quarterback Miller Moss through the Cardinals' first five games. The Cardinals were able to utilize the Transfer Portal in the previous two seasons under Jeff Brohm and found some solid options in Jack Plummer and Tyler Shough.

However, Brohm went the portal route once more and brought in the USC transfer, but through the first five games, he has been severely underwhelming. Many thought Brohm would be able to elevate Moss to the 4-star potential, but the quarterback still has the same issues now as he did in his freshman year.

After the Cardinals' devastating overtime loss, fans took to social media to express their true feelings about Moss. The Cardinals' quarterback showed some promise, but at the end of the day, the fans want to win, and they are unsure if he was ever the right guy for the job.

Louisville football fans don't hold anything back on Miller Moss

Moss has had a massive problem when pressure is on his face. The report suggests that when playing Louisville, it is best to limit Isaac Brown and bull rush this weak offensive line to get pressure on Moss. The USC transfer has thrown four interceptions in five games, and three of those interceptions resulted in pick-sixes for the other team.

The Cardinals lost to Virginia because of self-inflicted wounds, and one of those wounds was yet again a pick-six thrown by Moss.

The fans are not holding back and voicing their strong opinions on the USC transfer quarterback. Moss has shown flashes of brilliance, but he also has shown flashes of dumb mistakes that he can't be making in this part of his career.

He led the Cardinals to a historic victory against Pitt, but he threw a pick-six in that game as well, which put Louisville down 17 points in the first quarter. Now, against the Cavaliers, he came up clutch and got the Cardinals into overtime, but Louisville should have won this game in regulation.

The Cardinals' season is only going to get more challenging, and the fans are beginning to fear the worst after this loss. The loss isn't all on Moss, as he threw 34-for-48 with two passing touchdowns and a rushing touchdown, but he had his lowest QBR of the season with a whopping 53.8.

The key to a solid Moss performance is to give him protection, and unfortunately, Louisville's offensive line is one of the worst in college football, making the combination doomsday for the Cardinals.

It is early October, and Louisville sits 4-1, but the Cardinals' odds took a massive hit, and now they must march into Hard Rock Stadium and shock the nation with a massive upset over the Miami Hurricanes if they want a shot at returning to the ACC Championship game.
