June is officially here, which means the high school recruiting is amping up, and Jeff Brohm and Louisville football are right in the middle of it. Last weekend, the Cardinals hosted over 15 recruits on campus, including 4-star ATH AJ Tillman Jr., who would commit on Monday after his official visit.

Now, Louisville football is gearing up for another major recruiting weekend as Brohm and Vince Marrow are set to put their recruiting hats on and try to land its No. 16 commitment of the 2027 class. When looking at all the recruits who are on campus for official visits, a few immediatley jump out.
However, there is one name in particular that Louisville fans are keeping their eyes on, and that is 3-star Florida State commit, Jemari Foreman.

The Cardinals are trying to avoid some key commitments of theirs flipping, as Chuck Alexander and Munir Lewis are on everyone’s flip radar, but Brohm is trying to get involved with flipping recruits as well, as he is now hosting a Seminole commitment for an official visit this weekend.

Foreman committed to Florida State back on Sept. 6, 2025, but since that commitment announcement, Louisville hasn’t slowed its recruiting of the 3-star. It was reported in February that the Cardinals and a few other Power Four teams were making a push for Foreman, and then on Feb. 23, the Florida native announced his official visit to Louisville.
The 3-star safety ranks as high as No. 596 in the 2027 recruiting class and No. 56 among safeties in the cycle. He attends Cypress Bay High School in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and ranks No. 51 among recruits from Florida.
Pitt, Oklahoma, and Cal were three other schools on Foreman’s radar, but for right now, Louisville has the first official visit this weekend, followed by Florida State next weekend, on June 12. The 3-star safety earned over 26 offers, including from Oklahoma, Miami, Indiana, Kentucky, Auburn, Nebraska, and others.
This would be a nice flip for the Cardinals as stealing a home-state commitment from one of its ACC rivals would be a big addition for Brohm and Marrow. And right now, Louisville and Brohm are working toward history, as the Cardinals have never had a recruiting class rank in the top 20, and as of Saturday, they are right on the outside, ranking No. 22.
Louisville has only landed one safety in the 2027 recruiting class, as Brohm landed 4-star safety and Kentucky native Jordan Haskins. Foreman would join Haskins in the safety room if Louisville does flip the 3-star Florida State commit, and he would join 4-star commit Allen Evans in the secondary in this 2027 recruiting class.
