Louisville football just received massive news as the Cardinals continue to make a push for the class of 2026.

Cardinals keep turning heads as of recent, and the biggest recruiting news update in a decent amount of time is Louisville football secured a spot on Kaydin Jones final five schools. Jones is a highly-anticipated recruit from Oklahoma, and the news for the Cardinals just got even sweeter.

Jones announced on X that he has made his official visit dates for Louisville, and he is scheduled to visit Jeff Brohm and his Cardinals June 13 through 15. Louisville officially sent Jones their offer earlier this year back on Jan. 29.

Elite 4-star RB gives Louisville football great news

The unanimous 4-star prospect is ranked as high No. 3 out of Oklahoma, and 306 nationally, according to On3. The 5-foot-11, 170 pound running back currently attends Jenks High School, and is a unanimous top 25 running back in his class.

The dominant back out of Oklahoma put the whole nation on notice from his junior season as he finished the year with 1,476 rushing yards on 229 rushing attempts , 17 touchdowns on, and hauled in 24 catches for 256 yards and four touchdowns.

Jones also had an impressive sophomore season as he rushed for 1,258 yards and 15 rushing touchdowns as a sophomore, and finished the season with 2,205 all-purpose yards and 19 total touchdowns. During his three seasons for Jenks, he has rushed for 3,998 yards and 43 touchdowns.

The other four schools on Jones final list includes, Kansas, Tennessee, Vanderbilt, and Oklahoma.

Louisville football also received news that Karsten Busch, and Jaydin Broadnax, will also make their official visit to Louisville this summer as well.
