The Louisville Cardinals saw two former players play at the Reese's Senior Bowl, in quarterback, Tyler Shough, and cornerback Quincy Riley.
Shough play during the game was nearly second to none as he had maybe the best thrown ball of the week for a touchdown to Da'Quan Felton, and raised his draft stock immensley. However, Quincy Riley athleticism, coverage ability man-to-man and footwork nearly broke the internet all week long and stood out to many NFL draft analysts.
Riley draft stock continues to rise and he is now projected to be the highest selected Louisville football player in the 2025 NFL draft.

Quincy Riley demonstrated his athleticism all week long at the Senior Bowl. Quincy's size and body control for a cornerback is one of the best in the nation and what makes his such a reliable and lockdown corner.
Riley had 21 tackles in the 2024 season and had two interceptions with one force fumble. The former Louisville cornerback led the Cardinals in pass deflections with nine, and demonstrated that all weekend long.
The 6'0 and 195 lb. corner showed great mobility all week and is now being projected as a second-round pick. Riley ability to cover man-to-man is nearly top of the draft class and is what makes him stand out.
Riley demonstrated his skill of timing the ball and deflecting the pass to breakup the play. One of Riley big strengths is his burst on the ball and to attack the route. His awareness of the ball and being able to time the receivers route is one skill that stood out.
