Louisville football is set to host another massive recruiting weekend, as the Cardinals will welcome six 3-star recruits and aim to bolster their already impressive 2026 class. The Cardinals' 2026 cycle has 17 commitments already, including five 4-star recruits.

Louisville's 17 commitments are ranked as high as No. 10 nationally and No. 2 in the ACC. Louisville's recruiting class is breaking records at the moment as it has never been ranked as high as it is when the cycle ends.

The Cardinals' massive recruiting weekend will be highlighted by 3-star safety D'Montae Tims. The Cardinals are in a heated battle with the Georgia Bulldogs and multiple big-time SEC schools at the moment, as Louisville and Georgia are two programs that earned a visit from this highly recruited safety.

As of right now, On3 Sports gives the Bulldogs the best chances to land this highly recruited safety. Kirby Smart and Georgia have a 35.8 percent chance to land Tims, with Missouri having the following best odds at 31.3 percent. Louisville is currently given a 2.0 percent chance, but, as stated above, Louisville and Georgia are the only programs with an official visit lined up in On3 Sports' top five schools.

Tims is ranked as high as No. 942 in the nation and the 72nd best safety. The Florida native comes in ranked No. 110 from his state and has received over 26 offers. The Cardinals are expected to be in a heated battle with many elite programs, including Georgia, Missouri, Ole Miss, Miami, Colorado, Kansas State, and others.

This is a massive visit for the Cardinals, as landing this big-time player over SEC schools would prove how elite Brohm has been as a recruiter. The Bulldogs are going to be a tough program to out-recruit, but Brohm and his staff have already been able to earn commitments over big-time SEC schools. The Cardinals were able to land 4-star Jaydin Broadnax over Michigan, Florida, and Auburn, but Georgia is that next level of elite.

This is going to be a massive recruiting showdown, and with Tims having visits lined up after the Cardinals, it is crucial to leave him speechless and have him commit as soon as possible after this weekend.

The 3-star safety initially committed to Missouri but decommitted not too long ago and is now receiving interest from big-time programs. He has an official visit lined up with Colorado on June 13, Indiana on June 15, and Georgia on June 20.
